Timing: The Gameday Giveaway: Unlimited Wings for You & Your Crew Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on Friday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) and continues through the end of January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Each monthly entry period will close at 11:59 p.m. MT on the last day of the month. Winners will be selected on the first Monday of each following month during the football season. The first winner will be selected on Monday, December 1, 2025. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Chestnut 20 Hotel LLC, Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar, Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, Davidson Hotel Company, LLC d/b/a Davidson Hospitality Group, and any of their affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, in-laws, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. During the Promotion Period, visit Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar and locate the Gameday Giveaway coasters displayed in the restaurant. Scan the unique QR code printed on the coaster, sign into your Google account, and complete the entry form provided. Limit one (1) entry per person per month. Entries do not carry over month to month—participants must re-enter each month to remain eligible. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
Winner Selection and Notification: On or about the first Monday of each month during the football season, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the previous month. Drawing will take place at Sponsor’s headquarters as set forth below. Winner need not be present to win. Potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided on their entry form. Except where prohibited, winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return documents on time, or if prize notification is undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize: ONE (1) MONTHLY GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive “Unlimited Wings for You & Your Crew” at Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar. Prize valid for up to four (4) guests, including the winner. Prize redeemable during one (1) visit, on a mutually agreed-upon date during football season. Prize includes unlimited wings (up to a maximum value of $150 total) and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol, tax, and gratuity not included. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Publicity: By entering and/or accepting the prize, each entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use entrant’s name, likeness, and any entry materials provided for advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these rules, or engages in unsportsmanlike conduct.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar, Davidson Hospitality Group, Google, and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of any prize.
Disputes: All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado. All issues shall be governed by Colorado law.
