Stretch & Sip Yoga

We recognize that the work week can be stressful and exhausting, and sometimes that carries into your days off.

Start your weekend off with a Saturday morning Stretch & Sip yoga class. This is your invitation to unwind and relax with a 60-minute yoga session on the outdoor patio of the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station. Yoga will be taught every Saturday at 9:00am from May 28-September 17 (with the exception of June 11, there will be no class). This is a donation-based class and will be supporting a local wellness nonprofit.

Following class, attendees are invited for a complimentary mimosa OR mocktail with a purchase of an entrée at Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar.

Parking: metered street parking is available nearby or complimentary valet when you dine at Woodie Fisher after class.

The address is: 1999 Chestnut Place, Denver, CO 80202.

Upon arrival to the hotel, take the elevator to the second floor. The rooftop patio is around the corner behind the elevators.

We find that the daily stressors in life really get to the body and mind a lot. Additionally, we are here to bring together local community members into a unique space for community, connection, and collaboration!

There will also be an opportunity for mindful mingling and community integration afterwards.

A few special vendors will be partnering with us throughout various classes:

*AHA Sparkling Water with free samples (every weekend)

*Jimbo & Jules CBD (August 6)

*Rowdy Mermaid with free samples (August 6)

*Olipop with free samples (various dates)

Bring your own mat, water bottle, sunglasses, and sunscreen (there is limited shade).
