Stretch & Sip Yoga- Indoors
We recognize that the work week can be stressful and exhausting, and sometimes that carries into your days off.
Start your weekend off with a Saturday morning Stretch & Sip yoga class. This is your invitation to unwind and relax with a 60-minute yoga session at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station. Yoga will be taught every other Saturday at 9:00am from January 14-March 25. This is a donation-based class and will be supporting a local wellness nonprofit, Habitual Roots.
Following class, attendees are invited for a complimentary mimosa OR mocktail with a purchase of an entrée at Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar.
Parking: Complimentary valet at the hotel, or metered street parking is available nearby.
The address is: 1999 Chestnut Place, Denver, CO 80202.
Upon arrival to the hotel, take the elevator to the second floor and turn right. Class will be held in the beautiful pre-function space with large floor to ceiling windows, providing warm, natural light throughout your practice.
We find that the daily stressors in life really get to the body and mind a lot. Additionally, we are here to bring together local community members into a unique space for community, connection, and collaboration!
There will also be an opportunity for mindful mingling and community integration afterwards.
